The VDHTech team is composed of talented engineers and designers who have had a demonstrated history of success in the vape industry. Collectively, we asked ourselves: what innovations and ideas can we bring to improve the vape industry. The result of this query is what formed and gave birth to our products.
Our mission is simple: to use our resources and skills to develop quality products the vape industry has never seen before. We developed processes in order to produce products with consistent and robust quality.
In 2017, our customers told us that cannabis vapes had a high shelf life failure rate due to inferior materials leaching heavy metals. At our company, we believe in safe, ethical products that must be contaminant free in order to pass heavy metal testing. As consumer awareness grows, healthier products will be demanded in both established and emerging legal markets. In the past three years we tried glass, alumina ceramic, and leed-free metal. We have been researching and testing different materials in a quest to find the perfect solution.
Finally, we are ready to present this new medical zirconia technology to the industry. We believe it will be a better replacement of the traditional vape cartridge and the new benchmark quality standard that others will follow.

Zirconia products are characterised by good mechanical properties and stability at high temperatures, strong thermal and corrosion resistance, chemical inertness and consistent quality. This makes them ideal for use in a wide range of refractory products, ceramic colours and pigments and electronic applications.
While some manufacturers resort to glazing to mask the deficiencies of cheaper/lower quality ceramics, We utilizes polishing techniques for our Zirconia Cartridges. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond superficial coatings, ensuring that your cartridges are unmatched in quality and safety.

Two-Way Compatibility for Vapes and E-liquids
Our R&D approach differs significantly from the conventional methods employed by vape manufacturers. We have adopted a more intelligent two-way compatibility technology for vapes and e-liquids. To achieve optimal flavor performance, this technology fine-tunes the hardware parameters of the vape device, not limited to adjusting the e-liquid formulation. These hardware parameters include the air path design, temperature control system, heating surface area of the atomization coil, e-liquid guiding efficiency, and more. This approach allows the e-liquid to exhibit the best flavor performance without being constrained by hardware limitations.
